COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Texas Instruments 305-02B D3-340 305-20N 305-20T-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Furnas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asea product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 3051TG1A2B21AB4S1Q4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3RW33460EC34 manufactured by Furnas and we are pleased to be able to service most Furnas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40PB3205A by Manufacturer Asea as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand 3715KPMT1000512CDF2K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 3HNE00010108 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 420294500 made by Technotrans as well as the popular 4013440100 original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3VTGA502E001 by Ge and 3HNE00010108 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 46S16610010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Louis-Allis. |
